The objective of my work
In my coaching sessions and experience-oriented trainings the participants can discuss, try out and come to grips with the various aspects of leadership, of our dealings with each other, with ways of cooperation within the company and with their own personality.
Participants expand their knowledge and skills individually and in the group (with my personal support) and are potentially stimulated to change their attitude and behavior.
As a coach, seminar leader and consultant I am not the easy partner who exclusively confirms her clients in their doings. It is my task to recognize the potential for change and to guide and support the participants in the development of possible solutions and their implementation. First and foremost I live by the results of my work and my customers satisfaction.
